Road Bike (TT Trainer) 40:00 [3]

Aerobic on the TT bike in the trainer before heading in to work. Warmed up for 15, then 2 x (2 mins on, 2 recovery), then 3 on, 3 off, then one 6 min interval. Cooled down to make it 40 mins total. Fighting some kind of cold bug so VERY run down with the added stress of the music festival schedule.

Aerobic on the trainer before heading in to work. Warmed u[p for 15, then 5 x 2 mins "happy hard" with 2 min recoveries. One 3 min interval just to see what it takes to get to aerobic HR. Cooled down the last 5.

From bottom of Ernie Maxwell to Humber, up Devil's Slide o the k mark, then flipped it and headed back. Music Festival coming up this weekend, so getting as much done as I can before the chaos.
