Run 2:04:43 [3] 11.5 mi (10:51 / mi) +1627ft 9:34 / mi

Walked 5 to warm up, then 10:2 run:walk. From home, out to the Hub Trails and then just went. Mostly trying to map out miles and elevation gain; had 2:30 planned (15 miles), but started feeling it and didn't want to dig too deep a hole before the relay on Saturday.

Right now I'm supped to have leg 17: 7.8 miles at 3-5% decline. Quad smasher!

Monday Mar 20 #

Run 39:01 [3] 4.15 mi (9:24 / mi) +216ft 8:58 / mi

On the treadmill before work. Walked 3 to warm up, then 3 x 10 with 2 min recoveries. Building from 6.9-7.5 1&2, then 7.1-7.7 on the last. High aerobic around 7.4 (8:05 on 1% incline).

Note

Called out at 2330 Sat night, the again at 0530 this morning both for excessive noise at the same campsite(s). Some people just don't know how to behave in public.

Another call out at 2030 Sun night to back up RSO on an attempt suicide. Got suited up, but they handled it before I got out the door. Really tired so skipped today.

On the treadmill before work. Walked 3 to start, then 3 x 10 jog with 2 min recoveries. Building from 6.9 to 7.5 on the first two, from 7.1 to 7.7 on the last. Walked 2 to cool down.
