Fought getting out again, partly because it's chilly and I never know how to layer. Ended up in old soccer warm up pants and a t-shirt with arm warmers. Could have also used some gloves, but was mostly good with this combo.
Chose a wider loop around Golden so as not to be able to get back before finishing. Also meant much more elevation gain relative to last weekend's river path runs. Pleased that my heart rate distribution was about the same, even with the added effort due to elevation gain.
