Super slick. First and last hour flat roads with snow. Middle hour was hilly trail running at n table. Left ankle hurt the last hour. Not real bad well see

TM - first 30 minutes uphill at 4.2 and 10% with a pack on.

Then flat fast for 15 minutes. Then running for 8 until the kids interrupted me, oh well.

With 2 minutes between easy. Got pretty tied up on the 850 X 8% each time but held it together. Good workout.
