Nothing in the tank - super easy. But did get 4 X 10 seconds up and down hill sprints at end.

One lap around N. Table. Legs were just empty. Nothing there and took Gus and tried to listen to music to help but no way could I get three hours. Oh well. Feel fine, just the body needing another week.
