10 min wu then 30 min at hill tempo pace of 5 min each at 8:00 X 4%, 830 at 6%, and 900 at 8%. Then remaining amount to cool down.

Flat fast TM walking while the kids nap after other workouts.

Hot lunch run, but easy miles, all up and down hills. Whole route was hilly.

Dead legs easy. Felt fine but no energy.

Easy wu and cd in the heat.

Hard, but great workout at the gravel track near my work.

6:47, 6:56, 6:58, 6:59, 6:43

Rest was any amount of time after finishing run to 8 minutes. Was really careful to always start at exactly 8 minutes. Hard on the last couple of intervals but good.
