6x1km intervals before the family awakes... actually I was too slow, they were waiting at the bfast table when I got back ;-)

Orienteering 1:12:00 intensity: (30:00 @1) + (12:00 @2) + (30:00 @5) 10.51 km (6:51 / km) +694m 5:09 / km

Intervals loop through the forest with max steepness up and downhill... a lot of fun. It is nice to stay playful like a child :-)

Got a little head cold. Easy jog. Felt better at the end than in the beginning, that's a good sign!

Training once the kids are sleeping. Trying to be quiet, but lots of rope jumping, one legged squats and stairs jumping.
