This was the "Ride of the Week" and I was finally feeling healthy enough to go after it, and was able to get by the 4:26, 4:29 and 4:32 on the local leaderboard. Only 4 seconds off my all-time best.

Tried to go after the 200 pacer, but couldn't stick. After the uphill in the 4th mile, I realized I couldn't get the leader at 21:42.

I don't have the map, but if the clue for the go control was northern tip or side of thicket, it was placed very poorly and cost me a couple of minutes. Pretty much everything else was just my continued slowness.
