Lost motivation at the start of last week, then pulled a muscle in my back such that i couldn't run. Done a bit of swimming and limited jogging only since then.
Motivation has now returned and back is on the mend - this week I shall swim and then try a few runs if the back continues to feel better. Full service should be resumed by next week. Still got three more weeks of exams though which is heavy.. but the time has come to man the fuck up.
