Mountain bike up the escarpment through Kelso (avoiding all of the meadow areas now because of the tick incident), and then over to Hilton Falls for some hilly double track, then back up the gravel hill in Kelso (with swearing) . Gasser of a workout for 24km, I'm beat!

4 hill repeats up 14th sideroad. I didn't start until 8pm so it was kind of creepy on the hill. I could hear dogs yipping in the fields.
