Easy combos with impulse into the range. Felt same as yesterday; little stiff from strength at the beginning then much better after a warm up.

Afternoon run with some core after. Feeling pretty good.

LEvel 3 combos in Canmore. Felt pretty sluggish in the warm up but much better during the intervals. Shooting was decent. Overall good workout.

Easy classic ski in the late afternoon. Little sluggish from the mornings workout but overall good ski.
