planned rest day, the wif had surgery unexpectedly, so rest day worked.

sunny cold day in MN; was nice run today; goal was to stay in HRz2 for greater than 50% of the run, did 85%. Felt like I was really having to hold back in order to stay in z2.

rode mtn bike with grp. hit some gravel n singletrack at Camden sp. bit cool, tolerable most of ride, towards the end got chilly.
