This walk was a walk of many firsts. First walk of any length in many months and first walk without Monster. He will be missed.

Went out for my first "back to back" activity since last summer and wow, am I out of shape. I only rode easy for 45 min yesterday, but I can tell. Legs were heavy and HR higher. 9 months of no activity is rearing its ugly head - at least I'm getting started again... the whale is off the beach...

Felt a bit more confident than last week. Although I didn't manage to get to the gym last week due to life, I'm still feeling a bit stronger.
