Coyote Ridge - 70 seconds of total running. Foot definitely isn't 100%, but it's nice to move a little faster. Increased the 4&5 interval to 15sec. PT says to increase pace before increasing in time to ensure proper form going forward.

To be honest it felt really strange, but I guess that is to be expected.

5-6 miles throughout the day in Salida.

Foot was sore when I woke up in the morning & during the hikes to/from points on the course, but was fine by the afternoon. Felt fine walking to/from the Vic
