15 minutes on the stepmill today felt better than the 7 on Monday.

Same weight routine as Monday.

Seeing improvement all the way around.

I'm finally getting back in the Gym. My insurance denied the request for an MRI on my hip, so I'm going to PT as well as acupuncture. Between my left hip and right foot, I can't do much, but a little something is better than nothing.

PT is going well - I was able to hit the stepmill for 7 minutes tonight before the hip went wonkie. It's much better than the measly 2 minutes I could do last week. PROGRESS :)

The rest of my time included modified deadlifts, bench press, rows, shrugs, shoulder press, curls, tricep pressdowns and planks.

My foot is still in a brace - only two more weeks until I see the doc again. I can't believe I've been in a boot/brace since the middle of August.
