First session down at the track since the summer and it showed!
Felt glad to get a few reps in at around 5.30 pace. A big group down and quite a few senior men which was good.

Run around Derwent with Phil. A real glorious morning, Dom went swimming at slippery stones. Feeling pretty good, longest run in a while. Got quite a few races planned and I've cancelled a load of work so I have some weekends off and time to enjoy running on days like today.
