oh dear, definitely something wrong, struggled from the half-hour mark, couldn't sustain any efforts longer than a couple of minutes after that, engine failing, it was warm 22° and I was sweating, but my guess is a virus ...

ugh, around the area twice (and only two-thirds of the area available) so this was repetitive and brutal, loads of fence crossings, couldn't make sense of the map in places (out of date)

run back to the car from centre of Eyam Moor, up and down the east side of the valley, then out to the northern edge before the long haul up the paths to the Grindleford end, had to stop to catch my breath at every stile, yet HR didn't exceed 160, something not quite right
