Ran the Frogs Hollow loop backward. The pitch isn't as steep but it was long and I was tired. Speedy downhill.

This was a bit tougher video then I was expecting. Still looking for a good 20-30min post run stretch video.

Tobermory Marathon and happy for every metre under 42km it ended up being. The first 8km was fast and not very technical. I thought I was taking it easy...but apparently not easy enough. The next 12km to the turnaround was super technical and took a lot out of me but I ran it all, with lots of people around. Apparently they were all relay runners and running so much was a mistake. The 8km after leaving the Grotto was painful and mostly walking. It was so technical and I was afraid of tripping on the rocks. I was also alone and unmotivated. Fortunately a guy caught me at 29km and I ran/walked the rest of the way in with him. And talked his ear off. I even walked with him for parts near the end I could have run and yet 100m from the finish line he took off on me. Poor form.
