Very tired from yesterday but stomach was the thing that stopped me. Maybe the soup for dinner or the burger king for lunch. Not much solid food today

Went from home round Ross creek then down to Leith Saddle Rd. Passed a few MTB riders doing a race whilst going up the road and had a nice chat. Once at the highway stopped for 5 minutes and had a cookie time bounty bar. Ran up to Saddle hill and across to top of pineapple track. Was planning on having my second bar then but ran out of water and was feeling alright. Big mistake. Crashed with about 3 kilometers to go whilst going up some stairs. Last 2 kilometers was really really tough.

Run from home up to OB's then up the road behind and back via kaikoria valley. Achillies a little sore on the downhill at the end once again, probably should do something about that.

Around the normal loop and what not. Picked up the pace to a steady state coming back round behind OB's but was well within myself. Mentally drained at the moment with long hours in the lab (1 am last night and till 6 pm today with little to no breaks). Need to start writing soon as well so hopefully I can get out for more runs to get some stress relief.

Going to be a late one in the lab tonight, so went for a run before cooking dinner. Went up through ross creek and up redwoods before looping back. Felt pretty good but achillies a little tender after.
