Orienteering 25:11 [3]

Jogged round model with will and jack! Legs were very surprisingly okay!!

Running race 30:25 [5] 6.53 km (4:39 / km) +356m 3:40 / km

Loughrigg race: started too quickly, alongside Todd for first 15 mins, pissed off because breathing was horrible but legs were great, so eased off a tad at the top of the climb, reasonable descending, taken by two, but holding off and the sloppy parts, 13th out of 195, pretty pleased, felt awful with breathing at the end, should be ready to race the jk nicely! Didn't want to miss this race though

Out with Connor, got to the east side coniston peer took photo's and came back on ourselves as I didn't have much time before work, tired

Running warm up/down 11:42 [3] 2.0 km (5:51 / km)

WU and WD from sprint

Orienteering 16:20 [3] 3.5 km (4:40 / km) +35m 4:27 / km

sprint around Windermere, little WU so jogged first 3 controls, decided to just stick at a slowish pace between 4 and 4:30 k's to focus on navigation, other than visting wrong control (seriously need to stop doing this) nav was fine, good sprint, couple of map errors, Will caught me 2:30 towards end as he was tempoing it

Orienteering 1:07:22 [3] 11.88 km (5:40 / km) +450m 4:46 / km

estimate on distance for now, alot of climb though, reallt good pace sat in behind will running up to loughrigg from ambelside, ran across half the length of the fell and worked out where the start was, then did 75% of a 4.2k course, hit all fine but 6 RC i took was dreadful, running great on the hills along with will, nav is getting there, followed by a run back to the car, lots of hills, good weekend, need to concentrate at JK

Orienteering 30:00 [4] 7.0 km (4:17 / km)

Two seperate sprint training courses, first one will set off 3 mins after and finished between 3 and 4 mins behind, second course will gave me a minute but i spent time finding a place to put my thermal so it only took him 4 controls to catch me, went to a control from the wrong course too, other than that very please with navigation and if all goes well on friday i fancy my chances with a top ten on the sprint, just need to keep concentration
