Hiking @ Ringwood park with mom and friend while Peter ran the blue course. Map is still solid, should put on a local event.

Jog around neighborhood. Recovering from the flu, maybe around 90%, good enough to resume exercise. My muscles have atrophied I'm afraid. I would like to have a more consistent exercise schedule, with which AP usually helps. I would really like to go to Minnesota to orienteer as that has been on my bucket list. Have to start training..

Note

The current political situation in US makes me recall Atlas Shrugged and all the looters who were taking over the World while claiming it is for the people. Maybe there are some Dagny Taggards out there?
