I ran without my watch again as I still didn't want to pressure myself. I am feeling better, but still perhaps a bit sensitive. Time is from my phone, so no seconds. I've not been running in the woods, so route a little shorter, as it's been raining cats and dogs. Last time I thought it was good idea to run in the woods, following heavy down pours, I twisted my ankle leading to a whole host of compensatory injurys meaning I had to pull out of the marathon ... an extra mile isn't worth it!
