| 6. | (B) Group I am with seems to be heading for C and runs the trail by the edge of the field. I want to go BCA so take the chance leaving the group and head off to B. Miss it badly and cannot relocate, see nobody else so know I am in the wrong place. Finally just head back toward the fields until I see someone. Tom Strat is the first one I see. I was behind him when I left the pack and behind him again, only now I still have to go to C. | |

| 9. | (H) Out to the fields. See Peggy ahead and slowly close the gap. Most of it when she veers over toward the start. She stays longer on the road and I cut in the first trail to cut the field corner to the trail. At this point I am thinking of going to (G) first but decide (H) will be a better choice. Ted and Nadim come out from the vicinity of (H), they must be the whole window ahead. Peggy and I converge and enter the woods together. | |

| 22. | (L) From the trail junction Peggy goes aound, I hesitate thinking the straight route would be better. Tom goes in with me. Would have been better if we hit the control, but we are low and Peggy is in and out before we can see it. | |

I can't see the map well enough to find the trail out in the green and see no way thru the green so after running back and forth on the trail looking, just head the wrong way to get to the clearing and run around. Tom must find the trail because he is ahead of me when I merge back onto the route. See Peggy leaving the ruin as we approach. | |
| 24. | Dave Onkst comes to the ruin as we are leaving and quickly passes us. How did he get behind us? I do not intend to go to the clearing but end up there anyway, then take a poor approach to the control. Go to low and have to climb up. Dave is ahead of Tom and I. | |
| 25. | I go up the reentrant and get hung up in the green. Tom goes left and gets to the clearing well ahead of me. Just a long run and I am to tired to keep up. Tom runs away from me and Dave runs away from both of us. | |
