| 1. | Time Lost: 01:30 | Went to the go control first (which I also missed by looking in the open area to the south). Two lines coming out of the start/finish area? Right. |
| 2. | Time Lost: 01:00 | Hit the big cliff to the left. Figured out from the map where I was, but not right away. |
| 3. | Angled up towards the top of the spur, and nailed it. | |
| 4. | Slow winding through some laurel, but no problem. | |
| 5. | Time Lost: 01:15 | Missed right, and stoppedd to ponder the map. But then could see the green before the control and it was obvious. |
| 6. | Right of line, going around the laurel and cutting in at just the right spot. | |
| 7. | Left of the marsh. Came down the hillside at the big cliff south of the control. | |
| 8. | Basically straight, reading trails and stone walls. Easy. | |
| 9. | Straight again, coming in at the big cliff before the control. Up or down? A no-brainer: went down, around the big cliff, and back up a line. | |
| 10. | Left of line, between cliffs, left of the laurel, and then arcing back right to it. | |
| 11. | Time Lost: 00:30 | Left of the worst laurel, but stayed up on the hillside and got to the right area. But then a lot of hesitation because I didn't see it right away, and wasn't sure what I was looking for. |
| 12. | Straight, finding a good place to descend between cliffs. Able to read the bends in the river, and (almost) spiked it. | |
| 13. | Road, to big trail, crossing where it showed stream instead of marsh. Easy. | |
| 14. | Pretty much straight, and kept my feet dry crossing the neck of the marsh. | |
| 15. | South around the marsh, south of the knoll, then crossing the stream and avoiding the next marsh. Used the big cliffs to the right as an attack point. | |
| 16. | A bit left of line across the reentrant, then nailed it. | |
| 17. | I'd been there. | |
| 18. | Not an all-out sprint. Save that for the A-meets. |
