MNOC - Afton State Park: Green

1.		Some time here for copying the controls onto the map. Not sure how much. 2:00?
2.	Did not check features en route Ran too fast Read map too late +00:15	Overran the creek/road junction on the trail. Backtracked to the southern high creek bank. Should have just beelined down into the streambed from the north, because I ended up there anyway due to the steepness of the southern stream bank. Looking further up the stream would have revelaed that.
3.	Bad route choice Bad map reading +00:20	Tried to contour around and stay high and SW. Should have dropped back North down to the trail for a simplified route.
4.		Same leg as Red 4.

Did not check features en route Bad compass work Tired Not thinking clearly Lacked concentration +00:30	Following a rough compass bearing poorly out of the control 5 re-entrant, hit the second North/South trail too far south. Headed North to the sought trail junction only to take a wrong turn and went 100 feet before realizing the mistake and doubling back.
