Bad route choice +00:20 | Tried to stay on contour, but got hung up in rocky ground, would have been better to drop a few contours for cleaner running then come back up. | |||||

Ran too fast +00:50 | Left control too fast running for saddle - but wound up running to saddle just N with wall in it, clean and fast all the way, just not the direct route. | |||||

Disturbed by others +00:10 | S of pond through earlier finish area - flock of geese hanging around dam - took flight as I ran through - kind of a weird experience running in the midst of a dozen flying geese... | |||||

Tired | not much left on the run in but a good hard run. Avg HR 166, max 174 Came in 5th, 1st place team w/o a purchased US Team member. |
