1. Started slowly, tried to get used to the scale. I had to keep convincing myself to keep going.

3. +01:00Once again fooled by the scale, checked my reentrants very carefully as I progressed to make sure I hadn't passed the control
4. Much better with this quick ones. No hesitation.

6. Followed the stream all the way to the road (glad I conserved the energy) and then to trail and up the nose around to the control.
7. A little hesitation on route choice here, finally just gunning up (trudging) to the trail across the reentrant.

9. Went low around the hill; could have gone higher, I suppose.
10. +00:30Spent a while making sure that I really did have to cover all that uphill. Up broad part to trail and down nose in green to control instead of cutting it.

12. Dropped down into stream and followed it until the big reentrant on the left, then cut up. It was right ahead.
13. +01:00Spent way too long making sure I had the right feature. Then went right up the worst part - the middle of the ditch.
14. +01:00Felt like I couldn't concentrate or decipher the map. Followed trail to pavement and then carefully winded over to control. No mistakes, just a little too deliberate.
15. +00:30Cut down to the road, but only after I realized that I was headed smack at the OOB area. Oops.
16. +00:10Went head-to-head versus a hole in the ground. Performed quite the faceplant in front of some spectators on the hill.
F. I tried to put a little more vroom in my final sprint this time...
