Colorado 5-Day: US Night-O Champs: Red

1.							Ran off willy-nilly into a nightmare of reentrants with no plan at all. Eventually found a fence and ran up and down it for a while before finally making a plan to do something about the situation.

5.							Saw Marilee in a clearing just before the fence crossing on line. Thought the control was on a stream bend so ran up and down the stream for a while before reading the clue.

7.							Went down the wrong reentrant and came out in the clearing 300m south, so ran around and past 8 on the way in. Went up the wrong reentrant near the end and had to cross over.

F.							These were some tough night-O courses...would have been respectable courses in the daylight. The folks who did well tonight are awesome. I did poorly. :)
