| 2. | Went on the trails to the R. Came up on the intersection faster than I expected | ||||||
| 3. | Trail NW, then cut through the woods. Found an animal trail...otherwise I concluded the going was too slow | ||||||
| 4. | +00:10 | Came out of the control the wrong way...took a few steps E then corrected and decided to go on the trails to the west. Cut the last corner after the swamp | |||||
| 5. | Trail and then cut up and around the hill (slightly R). | ||||||
| 6. | +00:10 | Cut in too soon to the cliff in the off-limits area. Read clues (top of cliff), then corrected | |||||
| 7. | Main trail (R) all the way. Struggling to keep up with Samantha the rest of the course. | ||||||
| 8. | +00:20 | Meant to take the main trail by the Finish. Figured Sam was doing the same, but we ended up running down the smaller trail (L). Was unsure of my location...cut in by the finally marshy opening and J'ed into the control, bouncing off the Start. | |||||
