| 1. | Later discovered that Start triangle was actually W about 40-50m. From start I hit the E end of the trail ditch, way R of expected route. Had drifted R a bit but not that much. Then bearing to first rock then in. | ||||||
| 2. | Up to trail, past marsh, angle over towards wall. | ||||||

| 4. | Straight, past pit, around cliffs, in. | ||||||
| 5. | +02:00 | E just below big cliff working thru green, then S past knoll w 2 cliffs then over to trail. Probably better to just go straight E above cliff. Down trail to little form line knoll and pointy green. | |||||
| 6. | Along marsh then towards long cliff, up a leafy break in cliff line and over. | ||||||
| 7. | Around green, below cliff, across trail above small cliff, past 2 rocks and in. Seemed ok. | ||||||
| 8. | +03:00 | Started straight, going below big cliff (thrown back by another set of cliffs before it and a big reentrant), picked way around and dropped down after, across big reentrant but didn't adjust for drop winding up below cliff line below control. Wandered looking for control, looking for lower cliffs and finally realizing situation and the extra lines to climb. Ugh. | |||||

| 10. | To corner of walls, trail corner and trail as Mario (?) roared past. Off trail and in. | ||||||
| 11. | Angled to trail as Mario? went straight which was good as I could just head towards him knowing where the trail was. To T junction and straight down hill almost to trail. Couldn't see bag in front so stopped. It was about 30m directly L and I could see Mario? coming down the trail. Punched just after him. | ||||||
| 12. | Towards bridge and the last of seeing Mario? Trudge along road and across field. Slowed briefly thinking that I was at the second road truning, then saw bag. | ||||||
| 13. | Grunt up hill. Charlie! What are you thinking??? Gratuitous climb if there ever was. At least it was nicely along the pine tree lines. | ||||||
| 14. | Another nice line along the trees and down. | ||||||
