QOC Beer O': Long

Prince William Park, Sunny 85 degrees. Mass start event with multiple loops. Start, drink a beer, get map, do loop 1, drink beer, do loop 2, drink beer, do loop 3, drink beer done. splits have separate entries for beer time and run in time on each loop.
