I'm in to general fitness including cycling of various sorts, running, and weight training. I'm primarily a cyclist and my main racing focus is cyclocross, but I have done road and MTB races as well. I do the occasional running race and mud race. I have been interested in orienteering since I was in the Marines and I have recently decided to give it a try.
