Attackpoint - performance and training tools for orienteering athletes

R Foot, Morton's Neuroma

2005-01-02 - 2007-02-01

severity grade: 2

Will call this "healed" until it flares-up again.

Seems to have been better of late, only been aware of sore toes at the start of maybe 3 runs in last fortnight and can tumble-turn painfree. Orienteering usually roots it up though, so I won't call it "recovered" yet.

Caused? My poorly designed feet combined with o-shoes days. Recovery - softer shoes, not as much running, no orienteering for 6 months!
