R Hip/Pelvis, Hip Pain

So far done lots of hip/ quads stretching and symptoms ease, no prob whatsoever walking but sharp on running

Started icing 3 days in if sore 4 days in will cycle

Managed to continue running through it but had regular massage and did loads of glut stretching and ITB stigger pointing + ice massage to insertion of ITB
