Been bugging me all yr. went to the Ortho today - bones look good. he thinks its a neuroma. will try meta pad but he could give me an injection in a couple weeks if I want to lessen the pain.
3/20 - stoppd running - due to right knee pain. hopefully this break will also let the foot calm down.
dont feel it anymore since i stopped running
