Tripped on a fence at walking speed and landed with my L forearm under my L ribs (lower-half). 8 days later, still unable to run more than a few steps.
Meant to turn this off at 42 days. I had had no pain from it for about 2 weeks at that point.
Don't look at the map when you should be looking at what's in front of you.
