Pulled Transverse humeral ligament in my left shoulder doing decline bench press.
*2/27/07 - Had a great recovery from my last heavy workout. Bench press is back near 265lbs which is good for me. Feel strong, shoulder did not bug at all.
*2/24/07 - Have been able to lift fairly heavy, not much socket movement and less popping. Doesn't bug me sleeping anymore, but some press movements I can feel it. Back lifting 6 days advanced workouts.
2/18/07 - I took almost a month off from weight training to let my shoulder heal. It's about 95% and lifting is still a bit sore, but lifting fairly light.
