R Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

At the butt end of the attachment. Tight and a little pain when loaded or flexed. Does not seem to impact riding, but I'm concerned it is the start of something more concerning. Working hard to stretch often before, during, and after exercise + generally throughout the day.

calling this one closed. Hammy is still a little tight on occassion, but I think it's mostly healed.
