Sprained ankle 30 minutes before State Championships. Props to my coach. We were able to get it loosened enough to race and it ultimately had little effect on my run after 1/2 mile. Hurted like hell after finishing when the endorphins went away but its not too bad overall. Sometimes it really acts up, especially when rolling to the outside. Will want to watch that it is not a high ankle sprain which would stink but most likely it will be no biggie.
