Soreness or minor strain, noticeable when warming up or starting a fast rep.
24/11 - I seem to be able to run on it without making it worse, but it may need a couple of days rest to make it better.

Icing in the evenings, and wearing compression socks where possible.

3 days rest, ice and compression
