This is the same injury from March. But the left is almost completely normal and although the right is much better it may have caused the knee issues. So finally getting them both looked at. I think he said it's the tibialis posterior tendon.

FHL tendon behind my medial malleolus. Ballet injury.

Still a little tight at times. But nothing like before. I would say 98% recovered. We will see what happens as race season continues.
