went running and the outside of my left knee started hurting a lot! hurts when i walk up stairs and if i move it in certain ways (and running obviously) Not sure what caused it. hoping to go see a doctor about it soon!
saw a doctor a while ago and he said i probably bruised the back of my knee cap. started kinda running again and isn't bothering me too much any more so i'm going to say that it has healed. but rest and a doctors advise has helped it go away.
