Started to hurt during swim practice while doing the dolphin kick and pushing off the wall, and then when out of the pool it really started to hurt while walking. So through self diagnosis this is what I determined what it is. Currently using this website as a source on what to do
What worked for me is doing a exercise where you lock the knee of the injured leg and then raising your hip, using the thigh of your injured leg to lift it. And then I would stretch my legs after.
