maybe over trained last week and w/o adequate stretching of the inner muscles on the lower leg (how do i stretch them????) Has been painful every step I walk, limited my speed, and has consisted for a week. Not a normal muscle fatigue so I classified it here as a note

need some advice on what I should do about it as it has not been any better since the weekend...
checked out with a doctor and used x-ray and found out that there was a tiny bone fracture on my leg....adviced not to run for 6 weeks
