28/6 - What started as a dull pain in the right shin, and only when running two consecutive days, became more severe with a more localized pain which persists after rest. So it feels now more like a fracture, but can't be sure. This has started after running short but every day for about three weeks. Resting.
15/7 - A short, 22 minutes run. After 2km, felt a dull pain in the right shin in the same place. Resting more.
8/8 - After 6 weeks rest, seems the injury is gone.
