Lower back pain, L5, ect.
Level 3 at first going to level 2 going to level 1.
2 times in a row for 3 weeks. At level 2 during NAOC :(

Anti-inflamatory/ice in the beginning, chiropractic therapy, rest, stretching/yoga.
