Crashed off bike coming down dyers pass. Went sliding across the asphalt, then across the gravel and piled into the crash barrier. Created a large hole which gave an interesting view of the muscle underneath. Got it stitched up and it is healing up nicely.
Also damaged shoulder, elbow, hand, bike etc
Recovery seemed to be helped by doing absolutely no training at all for 10 days. Not much choice for the first 5 or so though.
