Bad case of bronchitis. I started antibiotics on Thursday. Not really sure where it came from. Running is impossible currently. Hope I can start training again soon. May have to bag the Forest Park 50k. Hope this doesn't set me back for the 50 miler.
All the rest helped. Still coughing but as of Sunday have been able to do routine tasks and even went for a run tonight (Tues.)
