1. started to hurt during 5K.
2. Really stiff on Monday (14 May) after trail run.
3. Injured again while stretching on Tuesday.
4. Tried to walk on Thursday, hurt after 20 minutes.
5. Tweaked it at 35 minutes into PTOC O meet Sat 19th.
6. Started strength exercises on Monday night, 21 May.
7. Did strength exercises twice on Tuesday.
8. Woke up Wed morning with very sore calf muscles--couldn't put weight on it until stretched and warmed up.
