So this started on my birthday 2012 during outdoor. I figure it's a thing I'll be dealing with for a while. While last year I strained my left hamstring during xc, in the spring my right became a consistent bother. I continue to restrain it over and over. It went away after a few weeks off after track, and started back up again once I began running for summer training for xc. I am still hoping to get over the other side and have the strain heal, yet I may just have to take a solid chunk of time off after the xc season finishes. Almost positive I need to do this actually.
Still off and on they hurt, but pretty close to recovered here. Thought I would never say it.
