Vertigo - severe enough to throw up whenever I turned over in bed. Week in hospital, MRI scan clear - not MS, not tumour. Very unpleasant. Official diagnosis - labarinthitis. Won't happen again.
Gradually got better by itself. IV cyclizine stopped the worst of the symptoms initially (worth the palpitations) in hospital, but oral made no difference.
