L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Been bothering me for 4-5 days. Can't get it too heal. Feels like a knot wher calf muscle joins to bone. Feels better after 4 miles of running but feels like it will pop if I try any speed work.

Long runs really helped. Will try some speed work, mld, to see if can hang together.
