and a pernial tendinitis. Supposesd to rest for 4 wks. Been Biking during rest but it seems to slow down healing process and aggrivate tendinitis. Recieved new orthotics on 8/1/07. Will keep open for a couple more weeks and see it it cures it.
Going to say it is over. I still feel stress in the area but the Orthotics are working to keep pressure off. The orthotics don't fit well arounfd the heel or the length.
