Torso, Lower Back Pain

After a weight room workout and erg, back pain became level 3. There was no sign of pain during any exercise, although began to feel it as I walked between machines. 15 pounds (new weight) on the crunch machine was most suspicious. Erging, even though only 2k at 2:20 pace probably did not help.
