Shoulder, Rotator Cuff injury

1998-12-15 - present

severity grade: 4

Swimming 10k-15k per day severely damaged my rotator cuffs to the point that I could not control arm motion. I could not swim for a month, and shoulders were unable to handle more than 6k per day after injured. The rest of the swim practice mileage was usually made up by kicking with fins.

I can handle 3k without problem, but require shoulder strengthening exercises for greater distances.
